HAMSTER Corporation (Head Office: Tokyo-to, Setagaya-ku; CEO: Satoshi HAMADA; referred to below as “HAMSTER”) has already announced the release of “Arcade Archives 2 RIDGE RACER” for Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S; as well as the release of “Arcade Archives RIDGE RACER” for Playstation 4. We would like to inform you that the price has now been decided. Additionally, we are pleased to announce that “Arcade Archives RIDGE RACER” will also be released for Nintendo Switch on June 5, 2025, as a simultaneous launch.

About “RIDGE RACER”

“RIDGE RACER” is a racing game released by NAMCO (Bandai Namco Entertainment) in 1993.
Experience the essence of virtual reality with the 3D CG system, “System 22.” This title offers four game modes, including three difficulty levels—NOVICE, INTERMEDIATE, and ADVANCED —as well as T.T.（TIME TRIAL), where you compete one-on-one against a rival car to achieve the best time. Additionally, a DX version featuring support for an H-shifter and clutch is also included.

“Arcade Archives RIDGE RACER” for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 will be priced at $14.99 [USD], while “Arcade Archives 2 RIDGE RACER” for Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S will be priced at $16.99 [USD].
Customers who purchase “Arcade Archives RIDGE RACER” will be eligible for an ownership discount, allowing them to purchase “Arcade Archives 2 RIDGE RACER” for $2.99 [USD].
